Habitat: Primary broadleaved evergreen forest. Especially on river terraces, old secondary forest, rarely logged forest; lowlands and lower slopes to 500m.

Behaviour: Shy. Mainly terrestrial, foraging in leaf litter, in pairs or small group.
Status: Borneo Resident
