Habitat: 典型海洋性鸟类。栖息于热带和亚热带海洋。

Behaviour: 主要在夜晚和黄昏活动，常成群在海面低空飞翔，时而左右倾斜地滑翔于海面，时而急速地鼓动两翅穿梭于波峰间，飞行轻快而有力，亦善游泳和潜水。
